Test Equipment

Bosch Diagnostics OES develops test equipment that is specifically tailored to the issues of service organizations of vehicle manufacturers.

Adaptive cruise control setting

The driver assistance system Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is used to electronically monitor the correct distance between a vehicle and the one traveling ahead. Regular checking of the ACC is normally not necessary because typically the system setting is not affected. Accidents in the front area, however, make it unavoidable to check the settings. Adapted to the technical functions of the system, Bosch offers a special adjustment device for workshops.

The adjustment unit allows the testing and adjusting of an ACC sensor (sensor for automatic distance control in traffic) that is built into the vehicle in the workshop (using conditions that are simulating traffic).
